Description: This unit has more features than any fifth wheel to ever come through the store. It is built by Forest River Cardinal division for Americana (www.americanarv.com).
The livingroom features a rear lounge with a super-slide containing a sofabed and freestanding dinette. The bedroom has a large front wardrobe, chest of drawers, King bed, and in-suite bathroom. The bathroom has separate water closet with porcelain toilet.
This unit received little use and is in great condition. Now for the incredible list of features:
MorRyde pin box, disc brakes, Air Suspension - including on-board air compressor to adjust side to side leveling and can also be used to inflate your tires, slide toppers, window awning, black tank flush, 50 amp service, roof rack and ladder with lawn chair carrier, 19' electric encased patio awning with wind sensor, whole house water filter, outside barbeque that attaches to the house propane supply, 2KW Xantrex inverter, 4 six volt batteries, 100 watt roof mounted solar panel, 10 gallon water heater, 27" TV, microwave, two whole house roof vents with wall thermostats, MaxxAir covers on all vents, and a rear receiver for your bike rack or to pull doubles (other restrictions apply). This list of extras would cost thousands to upgrade to, but are already included.

This provides a 66 day/unlimited mile warranty (contact store for details) in addition to any transferable factory warranties. As well, this unit qualifies for a multi-year, comprehensive, 100% parts & labor service agreement (at additional cost, details available on request).
